Role Description This full-time, on-site Computer Teacher role is based at Yashoda Public School in Satara. The Computer Teacher will plan and deliver computer science and programming lessons aligned with the school curriculum for different grade levels. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching theoretical and practical computer concepts, conducting lab sessions, assessing student performance, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves designing age-appropriate learning materials, providing additional support to students who need it, collaborating with other teachers on integrated projects, and guiding learners on responsible and safe use of technology.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Computer Science and foundational IT concepts.
Candidates should possess practical skills in Programming and basic software tools relevant to school-level education.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain technical topics clearly and engage students.
Candidates should possess Curriculum Development and lesson planning skills to design structured, age-appropriate content.
Candidates should possess Teaching skills, including classroom management and student assessment.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
Prior experience teaching or training in a school or academic setting is preferred.
Ability to use educational technology, create digital learning resources, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learners.
Strong organizational skills, patience, and a student-centered approach to education.
