Role Description The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities to support the firm’s growth in North Delhi. This full-time, on-site role involves sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers. The Recruiter will maintain accurate recruitment records, update candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth, professional experience throughout the hiring process. The role also includes partnering with leadership to understand staffing needs, posting job openings, supporting employer branding efforts, and assisting with onboarding and documentation for selected candidates.
Qualifications
Strong talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Ability to coordinate and manage recruitment processes, from job posting to offer and onboarding.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Basic understanding of HR practices, documentation, and compliance related to hiring.
Proficiency with recruitment tools, job portals, and MS Office or similar productivity software.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience in recruitment is preferred.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with financial services or advisory firms is an advantage, along with strong ethical standards and professionalism.
