Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Silvassa. The Content Creator will develop, adapt, and present content related to the Bhagavad Gita across digital and print formats, including articles, social media posts, educational materials, and multimedia scripts. Daily responsibilities include researching scriptural references, collaborating with subject matter experts, drafting and revising content for diverse audiences, and ensuring consistency with the organization’s spiritual and cultural values. The role also involves supporting campaigns, organizing content for ongoing projects, and maintaining a clear, respectful, and inclusive tone in all communications.
Qualifications
Ability to research and interpret religious and philosophical texts, especially the Bhagavad Gita and related Sanatan/Hindu scriptures.
Strong skills in written communication, content drafting, and basic editing for clarity, accuracy, and coherence.
Experience creating digital content (e.g., social media posts, web articles, scripts) for varied audiences and platforms.
Comfort working on-site, collaborating with a small team, and managing multiple content projects simultaneously.
Good command of English; familiarity with Sanskrit, Hindi, or other Indian languages is highly beneficial.
Understanding of cultural sensitivity, inclusivity, and non-discriminatory communication practices.
Background in religious studies, philosophy, literature, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic knowledge of design, audio/video content workflows, or content management tools is an advantage.
