About Brave Generation
Brave Generation mentors and supports talented Ukrainian students in pursuing international higher education, securing critical scholarships, and gaining meaningful leadership experience, with the long-term goal of empowering them to contribute to Ukraine’s recovery and future development.
We provide comprehensive support throughout the application and educational journey, including one-on-one mentorship with students and professionals from leading U.S. and European universities, guidance through the university application process, academic and test-preparation support, mental health resources, and leadership and social impact opportunities.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to coordinate the implementation of Brave Generation's projects and support effective collaboration across our team, partners, and program participants.
For this role, strong organizational skills, systematic project management, and the ability to coordinate multiple processes simultaneously are particularly important.
Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate the implementation of Brave Generation’s projects and initiatives
• Develop project timelines, define priorities, and ensure activities are delivered according to plan
• Assign and coordinate tasks across the team and monitor deadlines and progress
• Organize and maintain effective communication between team members, partners, participants, and other stakeholders
• Monitor multiple ongoing processes, identify outstanding tasks, and ensure timely follow-up
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
• Prepare project updates, reports, and other relevant materials
• Coordinate day-to-day operational aspects of projects and help resolve issues that may affect implementation
• Develop and improve internal processes to make project coordination more efficient and systematic
• Support the team in achieving project objectives and ensuring the successful delivery of activities
Requirements
IMPORTANT: Applicants who are not currently based in Ukraine will not be considered for this position.
• At least 1 year of experience in project management, project coordination, or a related role
• English proficiency at C1+ level
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and processes simultaneously
• A systematic and structured approach to work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with team members, partners, participants, and other stakeholders
• High level of responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, identify problems, and follow through on tasks
• Interest in working in the nonprofit sector and supporting young Ukrainians
