HR Generalist (Compliance, BGV, POSH & Labour Law)( 8+years)(immediate joiner only)

Role Description The HR Generalist (Compliance, BGV, POSH & Labour Law) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations related to statutory and regulatory compliance, labour law adherence, and internal policy implementation. Daily responsibilities include conducting and overseeing background verification (BGV), maintaining accurate employee records, administering POSH policies, and ensuring timely filings and documentation for labour law requirements. The HR Generalist will also support HR lifecycle processes such as onboarding, benefits administration, HR audits, and employee query resolution. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and leadership to maintain a compliant, transparent, and respectful workplace, with preference for candidates able to join immediately.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with at least 8+ years of relevant experience in generalist and compliance-focused roles.
Ability to design, implement, and interpret HR Policies, ensuring alignment with labour laws, POSH guidelines, and organizational standards.
Hands-on experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including policy communication, record keeping, and vendor coordination.
In-depth knowledge of labour law compliance, POSH regulations, background verification processes, and HR documentation and audit requirements.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills, with a detail-oriented and process-driven approach.
Proficiency in HRIS tools, MS Office, and reporting; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications in HR, labour law, or compliance are an advantage.
Immediate availability to join the role in Noida is strongly preferred.
