Role Description The Student Internship role at RL Global Solution | RL EduSkills is a full-time, on-site position based in Madurai. Interns will support the design and delivery of training programs by assisting with content creation, organizing learning materials, and helping facilitate workshops and sessions for students and professionals. Daily tasks may include coordinating with trainers and institutional partners, handling basic administrative duties, and collecting feedback from participants to improve training effectiveness. Interns will also participate in skill development activities, gain exposure to corporate and institutional training environments, and contribute to outreach efforts related to educational and career development initiatives.
Qualifications
Interest in education, training, or career development and a willingness to learn industry-relevant skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with students, trainers, and institutional partners.
Basic proficiency in digital tools and office software (e.g., word processing, presentations, spreadsheets) and comfort with online collaboration platforms.
Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, coordinate schedules, and support event or session logistics.
Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to taking responsibility for assigned work.
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree or diploma program; background in education, business, or related fields is an advantage.
Willingness to work on-site in Madurai and collaborate within a diverse, inclusive team environment.
