Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at Redient Security is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Jaipur Area. The intern will support HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Day-to-day responsibilities may include helping with onboarding documentation, updating employee databases, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The intern will also help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, support communication regarding benefits and company guidelines, and provide administrative support to the HR team. This role offers exposure to core HR functions in a growing tech-focused organization and opportunities to learn best practices in modern people management.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
Candidates should possess skills related to Personnel Management and basic employee record-keeping.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
Pursuing or having completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort with using HR or productivity software is beneficial.
