Role Description The Teacher will work full time on-site at Firstcry Intellitots Preschool and Daycare in Noida, supporting children’s daily learning and development. Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities, guiding children through structured play, and supporting social, emotional, and cognitive growth. The Teacher will maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, observe and document child progress, and communicate regularly with families and the school administration. The role also involves participating in staff meetings and training sessions, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum and events, and following all school policies and child safety guidelines.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Training skills to guide young learners and support their development.
Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Education-related skills to design age-appropriate activities and learning experiences.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with children, families, and colleagues in a clear and respectful manner.
Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience working with preschool or early primary children in a classroom or daycare setting is beneficial.
Ability to maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe environment, with patience, empathy, and strong classroom management skills.
Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and follow school guidelines and child protection standards.
