Role Description The Regional Vice President of Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing operational activities across assigned regions for Neural Nexus initiatives and programs. This role includes managing regional planning, coordinating club operations, and ensuring consistent execution of workshops, projects, and events. The Regional Vice President of Operations will collaborate with leadership and regional teams to drive strategic initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and ensure alignment with the club’s mission and objectives. Daily activities involve leading cross-functional meetings, managing budgets and resources, improving processes, and supporting member experience and engagement. The role also entails developing partnerships, maintaining quality standards, and reporting on regional outcomes to senior leadership.

Qualifications
Strong Operations Management skills, including coordinating multi-region activities and optimizing processes.
Experience with P&L Management or budget oversight, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial accountability.
Customer Service focus, with the ability to support member and stakeholder needs and enhance overall experience.
Strategic Planning capabilities to design and implement regional growth plans and operational strategies.
Project Management skills to lead initiatives, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a remote environment.
Leadership experience in operations, student organizations, clubs, or similar settings is highly beneficial.
Background or strong interest in AI, machine learning, or technology communities is a plus.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and use data-driven decision-making.
