amliré Private Limited is a customised TV platform provider. We build dedicated TV networks that help organizations and brands communicate with their audiences through screens placed where people are.
amliré was selected as one of 11 startups accelerated under IIM Kozhikode LIVE and is currently incubated at Kerala Startup Mission.
One of our key verticals is the Tier 01 Akshaya TV Network, an advertising network of 250+ screens in Akshaya Centres across 8 districts of Kerala. Every day, thousands of people visit these centres for essential government and digital services, which gives advertisers consistent, high-visibility reach into both urban and rural Kerala.
As we expand this network, we are building a dedicated sales team in Kochi.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager for the Tier 01 Akshaya Network, you will own advertiser acquisition and revenue growth in Kochi. This is a front-line role, with direct impact on the company's growth and close collaboration with leadership.
This role is open only to candidates currently based in Kochi.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new advertisers across automobiles, education, consumer durables, banking and finance, healthcare, and retail
Build strong relationships with advertising and media agencies in Kochi
Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, client meetings, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closure
Drive renewals and grow campaign value from existing clients
Deliver on monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Share market insights to help shape pricing, packaging, and sales strategy
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in advertising or media sales (print, radio, TV, outdoor, or digital)
An established network among brands and agencies in Kochi is a strong advantage
A proven record of meeting targets and closing deals
Confident communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam
Self-motivation and an ownership mindset
Willingness to travel within Kochi and nearby areas
A degree in Business or Marketing; an MBA is preferred
