Role Description The Technical Lead role at Envazia is a full-time remote position responsible for guiding the technical direction and execution of digital projects. In this role, the Technical Lead will architect solutions, review and write clean, scalable code, and ensure the overall quality and reliability of software deliverables. The role involves leading and mentoring developers, facilitating code reviews, and collaborating closely with designers, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical plans. The Technical Lead will manage technical roadmaps, oversee integration and deployment processes, and troubleshoot complex issues in development and production environments. This position also includes contributing to best practices, promoting continuous improvement in processes and tools, and supporting a culture of knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in software development and solution architecture, with proficiency in at least one modern programming language and framework.
Experience leading engineering teams, mentoring developers, and conducting code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Strong skills in system design, integration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting across the full development lifecycle.
Familiarity with modern development practices, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to translate business and design requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with cloud platforms, security best practices, and scalable architectures is highly beneficial.
