Junior Graphic Designer

Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer will create visual assets that support KinetiQ Physiotherapy’s brand across digital and print channels, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, and clinic materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing layouts, refining existing designs, preparing files for production, and collaborating with the marketing and clinical teams to translate concepts into clear, engaging visuals. The role involves maintaining brand consistency, working with typography and color palettes, and contributing creative ideas to campaigns and patient education materials. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring regular coordination with team members and stakeholders within the clinic.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Graphic Design and the creation of Graphics for digital and print media.
Ability to design Logos and contribute to overall Branding and visual identity development.
Proficiency in Typography and layout principles for clear, readable, and aesthetically sound designs.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent software).
Portfolio demonstrating creative, clean, and consistent design work, ideally including health or wellness-related projects.
Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback and iteration.
Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams on-site in Gurugram.
Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; relevant internships or freelance experience are an advantage.
