We’re Hiring: Full-Time Video Editor ( work from office (Pune) | Reels Specialist)

We’re looking for a full-time Video Editor who lives and breathes short-form content.
If you understand hooks, pacing, retention, storytelling, and how to make people stop scrolling, this role is for you.
This is a work from office, full-time position based in pune (not freelance / not part-time).
We want someone dedicated, detail-oriented, and ready to take complete ownership.
Experience Required:
1–2 years of hands-on experience editing short-form content (Reels/Shorts)
Must-Have Skills:
Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro
Working knowledge of AI editing tools (eg - captions.ai)
Strong understanding of reel formats, trends, hooks, and storytelling
Ability to add subtitles, sound design, transitions, and basic motion graphics
Strong sense of pacing and retention editing
A strong portfolio of short form video content
Key Responsibilities:
Edit high-performing Instagram Reels consistently
Execute based on strategy and scripts
Add engaging captions, hooks, effects, and sound design
Maintain brand style and visual consistency
Meet deadlines without follow-ups
Take full ownership of the editing process
Continuously improve quality and suggest creative ideas
