Job Purpose:
Drives IT demand management, solution and devops for enterprise and emerging technology domains, including IoT, Cloud, digital acquisition and AI-enabled platforms. The role ensures ideation of requirement, capability-building and stable operational performance for application ecosystems along with supporting platform transformation & AI readiness for Enterprise landscape
Key Responsibilities
IT demand management, solution and devops for IoT & Cloud platforms/stack across Enterprise IT.
End-to-end product lifecycle from strategic ideation, requirement feasibility and technical architecture to successful market rollout for Digital, Cloud, IoT, BSS, and OSS initiatives.
Manage the IT demand pipeline and lead governance frameworks with partners.
Ensure stable operational performance of IT services with high-quality, error-free implementations and consistent experience.
Integrate AI practices into DevOps workflows to improve delivery quality and operational efficiency.
Drive optimal platform migration and transformation programmes, ensuring cost-effective solutioning and partner governance.
Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to continuously enhance solution quality and delivery capability.
Deliver strategic projects on agreed timelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams and technology partners.
