What will you do?
Provide professional email-based Player Support to League of Legends players
Assist players with questions related to their accounts and gaming experience
Investigate player inquiries and provide clear, helpful, and personalized solutions
Resolve customer cases efficiently while maintaining a high standard of written communication
Escalate more complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when required
Document player interactions and follow internal processes accurately
Maintain high levels of player satisfaction and service quality
Develop a strong understanding of the game, its systems, and the player experience
Collaborate with an international team in a fast-paced gaming environment
Represent the gaming community with professionalism, empathy, and a player-first mindset
Candidate profile
Fluent in German and English
Interest in gaming is an advantage
Excellent written communication skills
Customer-focused with a genuine desire to help players
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable communicating with customers exclusively through written channels
Able to work independently while contributing to an international team
Comfortable working in a dynamic and multicultural environment
Previous customer support or gaming experience is an advantage
Flexible, adaptable, and motivated to relocate to Sofia
