Promo Writer (English)

We’re looking for a Promo Writer with a strong storytelling instinct to create compelling promos for Crime Thriller content targeting the US market. This is a writing and storytelling-led role where you’ll be expected to experiment with different story angles, hooks, and narratives, while also taking ownership of producing your ideas from concept to final output.
What you’ll do:
Write compelling promos, hooks, and short-form marketing creatives for Crime Thriller content.
Identify and experiment with different story angles, character perspectives, emotional beats, and hooks to drive audience curiosity and retention.
Take ideas from concept and scripting through production and final execution.
Collaborate with editors, sound designers, and creative teams to bring your scripts and ideas to life.
Iterate on creative ideas based on performance, feedback, and audience response.
Work closely with post-production teams on pacing, editing, sound design, and overall creative quality.
Explore and leverage generative AI tools for ideation, storytelling, scripting, and production.
Own the quality and delivery of your promos while managing timelines and production requirements.
What we’re looking for:
Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging narratives and sharp hooks.
A strong understanding of Crime Thriller storytelling and what makes audiences curious and invested.
Ability to think beyond the obvious and explore multiple creative angles for the same story.
An iterative mindset — someone who enjoys experimenting, testing, learning, and improving ideas.
Ability to take ownership of your ideas through production and work hands-on with creative and post-production teams.
Experience creating content for US audiences is highly preferred.
Experience in promos, trailers, digital content, short-form video, or entertainment marketing is a plus.
Comfort with AI-powered creative tools and a willingness to experiment with new ways of working.
