Role Description The Unreal Engine Archviz Artist will create high-quality real-time architectural visualizations, interactive walkthroughs, and cinematic sequences that showcase residential and commercial properties for sales and marketing. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves building detailed environments in Unreal Engine, optimizing assets and lighting for performance and realism, and collaborating closely with designers, product teams, and developers to translate architectural plans into compelling visual narratives. The artist will work with 3D models, materials, and animation, ensure consistency with brand and project guidelines, and refine scenes based on stakeholder feedback. In addition, the role includes preparing visual content for interactive sales centers, demos, and client presentations, while maintaining organized project files and meeting delivery timelines.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Unreal Engine for real-time archviz, including level design, lighting, materials, and basic Blueprints for interactive elements.
Strong 3D skills using tools such as 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, or similar, with experience in modeling, UV mapping, and asset optimization for real-time environments.
Solid understanding of architectural visualization principles, composition, camera work, and visual storytelling for films, walkthroughs, and experience centers.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, floor plans, and elevations, translating them into accurate and engaging 3D spaces.
Experience with PBR texturing workflows and software such as Substance tools, Photoshop, or equivalent for creating realistic materials and textures.
Attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and ability to maintain visual consistency across large projects and multi-unit developments.
Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and respond constructively to feedback.
Relevant degree or diploma in Architecture, Design, Animation, Game Art, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in archviz or real-time 3D.
Prior experience in real estate visualization, interactive installations, or prop-tech solutions is an advantage.
