About the Company : The Client specializes in Curating European Luxury furniture and Decorative lights. They work with 950+ European companies curate from their products and offer these for high end residence and office projects. They work with key architects & interior designers in India and have executed projects for large villas and apartments of well-known HNI's and offices for MNCs and other Indian companies.
Candidate Profile
A polished and confident tele with 1-4 years of experience, who can comfortably converse with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) CXOs, entrepreneurs, architects & interior designers.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to High-end Suppliers
Introduce products, services, events, or business opportunities in a professional and engaging manner.
Schedule meetings and appointments if needed
Maintain regular follow-ups with suppliers
Update CRM records and maintain accurate call logs.
Desired Skills
Exceptional command over English with a neutral or polished accent.
Experience interacting with HNIs, luxury clientele, or corporate decision-makers.
Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
Professional phone etiquette and listening skills.
Ability to handle objections confidently and tactfully.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
