2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Project Manager role is responsible for leading complex customer implementation projects and providing delivery leadership across multiple teams and customer stakeholders. This position plays a key role in ensuring project success through effective planning, stakeholder engagement, and coordination, while also driving continuous improvement in project management practices.
3. Responsibilities:
Lead complex customer implementation projects from planning through completion
Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, governance, quality, and customer communications
Coordinate delivery across Functional Consulting, Technical Consulting, Digital Experience, Quality Assurance, Product, and Customer Success teams
Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and executive updates
Mentor Project Managers and support continuous improvement in Project & Program Management
Leverage AI tools to enhance project planning, governance, communication, and delivery effectiveness
Contribute to improving project management standards and customer delivery practices
4. Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years'' project management experience within software, SaaS, or Professional Services
Proven success leading complex customer implementations
Strong skills in project governance, stakeholder management, and communication
Experience mentoring Project Managers or leading delivery teams
Strong organizational leadership and customer relationship management
Commitment to delivery excellence and continuous improvement
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The base salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $125,000
