1. About Our Client:

The organization prioritizes expanding its ecosystem of independent software vendors (ISVs) to strengthen integration capabilities and drive platform growth.
2. About the Opportunity:
The ISV Success Manager role is central to nurturing and expanding the ISV partnership network that supports the company’s product functionality. This position drives the adoption of new identity standards and delivers technical and strategic guidance to ISVs throughout their integration journey. The role acts as a liaison between ISVs and internal teams to enhance partner programs, ultimately impacting ecosystem growth and platform adoption.
3. Responsibilities:
Establish thought leadership on identity standards and enterprise readiness for SaaS developers
Build and nurture a scalable pipeline of ISV integration opportunities
Guide ISVs from discovery through implementation and ongoing support
Collaborate with field teams to promote adoption of key products within the ISV segment
Collect and synthesize feedback to refine ecosystem programs and product direction
Develop and improve a repeatable integration lifecycle, incorporating AI tools where relevant
4. Requirements:
Minimum 4 years in developer support, sales engineering, technical account management, partner engineering, or marketplace development
Strong knowledge of identity and security for enterprise SaaS
Excellent analytical and communication skills to influence technical and business stakeholders
Ability to evaluate software and engage with product and engineering leaders
Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and supporting the ISV community
Adaptable in a dynamic environment with a focus on process improvement
Preferred:
Experience managing partner or customer success relationships
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Ruby, Python, or JavaScript
Knowledge of identity and access management protocols (e.g., SAML, OIDC/OAuth, SCIM)
Background in sales engineering, technical marketing, product management, partner engineering, or technical evangelism
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The annual base salary range for candidates in the San Francisco Bay area is $194,000 to $292,000 USD
For candidates in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington, the range is $174,000 to $260,000 USD
Compensation includes equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, and paid leave including PTO and parental leave
