1. About Our Client:
The organization operates in the civic engagement and voter mobilization space, focusing on creating and distributing content that encourages people to learn about upcoming elections and participate by voting. It manages programs that reach tens of thousands of participants, providing communications and resources to support voter turnout efforts.
2. About the Opportunity:
The Content Logistics Manager role is responsible for coordinating content workflows across programs to ensure timely creation, review, and approval of participant communications and event materials. This position supports the smooth execution of messaging that guides and motivates participants in the organization''s election-related initiatives, playing a key role in maintaining clarity and consistency in communications.
3. Responsibilities:
Co-manage content trackers to set deadlines, assign tasks, and maintain progress.
Collaborate with team members to test, edit, and approve participant emails and texts.
Prepare agendas and track work during content planning meetings.
Organize and update content resources within program systems.
Manage and update program FAQs, coordinating approvals.
Coordinate resources for copywriting and visual content creation.
Monitor live events and feedback to improve content and identify needs.
Utilize tools such as Notion, Canva, Google Workspace, and Slack for collaboration and task execution.
Adapt to shifting responsibilities based on program needs.
4. Requirements:
1–3 years of project management experience, preferably in advocacy, campaigns, nonprofits, or mission-driven environments.
Strong organizational and communication skills to keep complex projects on track.
Competent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving setting.
Familiarity with Notion, Canva, Google Workspace, and Slack, or willingness to learn.
Access to a computer and reliable internet.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Compensation: $6,000 per month.
