About The Role
We are seeking a driven and mission-focused Python Developer to join MANTECH's dynamic team in Herndon, VA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects supporting the Intelligence Community, playing a vital part in national defense efforts. As a Python Developer, you will work closely with talented software engineers, data engineers, and system engineers to design, develop, and implement software solutions that address emerging threats and operational needs. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of education, experience, and technical skills, including:
High School Diploma with at least 7 years of experience in software development.
Minimum of 3 years of recent experience developing with Python.
Proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
Experience in front-end or full-stack development.
Preferred qualifications include familiarity with version control systems, containerization, RESTful API development, and cloud services, which will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to project success, including:
