Role Description The VP of Business Process Management is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for designing, improving, and overseeing end-to-end business processes across Wise Equity Solutions. This role manages cross-functional initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance client experience, and support scalable growth in property investment services. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing existing processes, leading business analysis and project management efforts, defining performance metrics, and implementing process improvements in collaboration with finance, sales, and operations teams. The VP will coordinate and prioritize projects, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and stakeholder engagement. This role also mentors team members, fosters a culture of operational excellence, and supports executive decision-making with clear recommendations and reporting.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and business analysis capabilities to assess processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
Solid finance knowledge and experience working with financial models, property investment concepts, and performance metrics.
Proven project management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
Experience in sales environments, with the ability to align process improvements to support revenue growth and client acquisition.
Leadership experience in business process management, operations, or related domains, preferably in financial services or real estate.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Proficiency with process mapping tools, data analysis software, and collaboration platforms; familiarity with BPM methodologies is an asset.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean, Six Sigma) are beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
