Hiring – Maritime Operations | Travel, Documentation & Deployment
We are looking for experienced professionals for the following roles:
1. Travel Administrator
Crew travel booking, ticketing & itinerary management
Visa/travel document coordination
GDS/Sabre experience preferred
Airline, TMC or crew travel experience
2. License & Documentation Administrator
Seafarer documentation & certification
STCW/COC/CDC/Flag State documentation
Document validity, renewal & compliance tracking
Strong MS Office and coordination skills
3. Deployment Administrator
Crew deployment, mobilization & joining coordination
Crew change, sign-on/sign-off & vessel joining
Visa, travel and deployment documentation
Maritime/ship-management experience preferred
Location: India
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred
Industry: Maritime / Ship Management / Crewing
