Online French Teacher – French Immersion College

McDonald Insight International operates French Immersion College, a live online French-language school serving adult learners preparing for practical communication and TEF/TCF examinations.
We use a structured learning system combining live instruction, speaking practice, guided study, regular assessments and focused exam preparation. We are seeking experienced and passionate French teachers who can support adults balancing language study with work, family and other responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging live online French lessons.
Teach practical communication and support TEF/TCF preparation.
Use online teaching aids and interactive classroom tools effectively.
Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
Record attendance, participation and academic observations.
Work with the academic coordinator and other teachers.
Requirements
Native-level command of French.
Bachelors or equivalent.
Strong French-teaching ability and relevant teaching experience.
Experience teaching adults, preferably online.
Knowledge of virtual-classroom tools, digital teaching aids and learning platforms.
Ability to motivate learners who have limited exposure to French outside class.
TEF/TCF preparation experience is strongly preferred.
Strong English communication skills.
Reliable internet connection and suitable equipment for online teaching.
A relevant degree or teaching qualification is an advantage, but demonstrated language mastery and teaching effectiveness are essential.
Availability
