Role Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in a full-time, remote role based in Egypt. The successful candidate will support customers in Qatar through phone, WhatsApp, email, and online channels.
You will respond to inquiries, assist with orders, resolve customer concerns, and coordinate with our stores, operations team, and drivers to help ensure timely and accurate service. You will also maintain clear customer records, follow up on open cases, and share feedback that can help us improve our service.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and the Alraie app.
* Help customers place orders and provide accurate information about products, availability, delivery, and services.
* Follow up on orders from confirmation through delivery.
* Coordinate with stores, the operations team, and drivers to resolve order issues and delivery delays.
* Handle complaints calmly and professionally, and escalate cases when needed.
* Record customer interactions, order updates, and case outcomes accurately in company systems.
* Follow up on unresolved cases and keep customers informed.
* Identify recurring customer concerns and suggest ways to improve the customer experience.
* Follow Alraie’s service standards and company policies.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or another customer-facing role is preferred.
* Excellent Arabic communication skills, with the ability to understand the Qatari dialect and communicate clearly with customers in Qatar.
* Good phone etiquette and strong written communication skills.
* A patient, empathetic, and professional approach to customer concerns.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple requests in a remote environment.
* Comfortable using WhatsApp, basic computer applications, and customer service or CRM systems.
* Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
* Basic English is preferred.
* Experience in e-commerce, delivery services, animal feed, or veterinary products is an advantage.
