2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Salesforce Engineer role focuses on designing and implementing full-stack software solutions using Salesforce, MuleSoft, and AI-assisted development tools. This position requires leading the development of scalable and efficient platform features and automations that streamline revenue processes and address complex business challenges. The role emphasizes ownership from design through production and aims to advance engineering practices while delivering impactful technical contributions.
3. Responsibilities:
Design, build, and deploy full-stack features including UI, APIs, business logic, data models, and integrations.
Develop modern frontend interfaces and backend services following object-oriented and software design principles.
Utilize AI-assisted development tools throughout the software development lifecycle for coding, refactoring, testing, and debugging.
Implement integrations using REST APIs, event-driven patterns, and enterprise integration methods.
Develop Salesforce-specific components such as Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows, adhering to platform security models.
Create AI-powered features and automations within business processes with appropriate governance.
Manage features through solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Participate in CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and Agile team activities to enhance engineering standards.
4. Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience across frontend, backend, APIs, and data.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field.
Proficiency in modern frontend technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS) and backend development including RESTful APIs and data modeling.
Regular use of AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or GitHub Copilot, with the ability to evaluate AI-generated code critically.
Strong understanding of software design patterns, SDLC, Agile methodologies, Git, and CI/CD.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The typical starting salary range for this role is $94,300 to $149,200 USD.
Compensation includes base salary with eligibility to participate in the organization's stock program.
The total rewards package includes a company-matched 401(k) plan with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings.
