AI Agentic Engineer

Role Description The AI Agentic Engineer will design, build, and optimize AI agents and agentic workflows that solve real-world problems across Kynodex products. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and testing models, creating pipelines that integrate pattern recognition, neural networks, and NLP components, and collaborating with software engineers to deploy these systems into production. The role involves analyzing system performance, iterating on architectures, and documenting technical designs and experiments. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into reliable, maintainable AI solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hamirpur.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and production-ready coding practices.
Demonstrated experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including model design, training, evaluation, and optimization.
Hands-on expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, information extraction, and conversational systems.
Proficiency in modern programming languages commonly used in AI (e.g., Python) and familiarity with ML/AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Ability to design and implement end-to-end AI pipelines, integrate APIs, and work with version control and CI/CD tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, with attention to reliability, scalability, and security.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an on-site environment.
