About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

Company Description
Taitt Media is a global strategy, production and advisory company working across entertainment, media, travel, hospitality and experiential projects. We help people, brands and creative organizations turn ideas, expertise and experiences into stronger stories, clearer strategies and high-impact execution.
Our work spans thought leadership, content strategy, global production, partnerships, storytelling and creative development. We work with international clients and multidisciplinary partners, and value curiosity, strong judgment, clear communication and excellent storytelling.
Role Description
Taitt Media is looking for a sharp, highly creative Social Content & Editorial Producer to help turn strong ideas, experiences and expertise into compelling thought leadership and brand content.
You’ll work closely with the Founder, who will lead positioning, point of view, commercial strategy and client relationships. Your role is to take that direction and turn it into a consistent stream of high-quality content across LinkedIn, Instagram, short-form video and other relevant channels.
This is not a generic social media management role. We are looking for someone with excellent editorial judgment who can identify the story, shape it, plan what needs to be captured, and carry it through to finished output.
Day to day, you will:
• Build and manage editorial calendars across Taitt Media, the Founder’s personal channels and selected client accounts
• Write and edit LinkedIn posts, captions, scripts, voiceovers, carousel copy and other editorial formats
• Plan content in advance of trips, events, speaking engagements and shoots, creating simple scripts, shot lists and capture briefs
• Review and curate raw photography, video and audio and identify the strongest story within it
• Edit short-form social video, including pacing, captions, music and voiceover
• Repurpose strong ideas intelligently across platforms
• Prepare content for approval, scheduling and publication
• Track what is resonating and use performance insights to shape future content
• Brief and manage freelance designers, photographers, videographers, motion designers or specialist editors when required
• Help improve the way we work, identifying opportunities to use AI, automation and lightweight tools to make content planning, production, asset management, approvals and publishing more efficient.
The Founder and clients will initially capture most raw photography and video themselves or thirs parties, so this role is as much about editorial planning and curation as it is about supporting the execution.
Qualifications
• Exceptional writing and editing skills. This is the non-negotiable
• Strong editorial judgment and an instinct for finding the story inside messy raw material
• Proven experience creating LinkedIn and short-form social content
• Strong short-form video editing capability
• Experience writing scripts, voiceovers and capture briefs
• Ability to write in multiple distinct voices without making everyone sound the same
• Understanding of thought leadership, personal branding and audience development
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams
• Confidence working autonomously within a clear strategy
• Experience briefing or managing creative freelancers
• Fluency with AI tools, with good judgment about what should and should not be automated. Curiosity about newer AI-native and no-code platforms such as Lovable is a plus
• Experience in media, entertainment, travel, hospitality, luxury or executive thought leadership is useful but not essential
How We Work
This is a remote freelance role, initially around 10–15 hours per week, with scope to grow.
The role will initially focus on Taitt Media and the Founder’s personal channels, with selected client work.
We are looking for someone proactive, curious and highly self-directed who can take a strong idea and help turn it into excellent finished work.
