Full Stack Developer (English B1+ required, remote)

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help design, build, and deploy modern cloud applications end to end. The work spans software engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, AI integrations, and secure networking, from React frontends to Python services running in Azure.
This is a mid-level role, and we mean it. You will not know everything on the list below, and we are not expecting you to. We are hiring for the ability to learn quickly and the willingness to say "I haven't done that yet" out loud.
What You'll Do
Build modern React applications
Develop backend services and REST APIs in Python
Deploy applications to Azure
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications
Help optimize application performance and cloud costs
Participate in architecture reviews and learn from senior engineers
Collaborate with product owners and solution architects
Must Have
React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
Python, with a REST framework (FastAPI or Flask)
PostgreSQL or SQL fundamentals
Git, and comfort with a CI/CD pipeline (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps)
Some hands-on Azure exposure (App Services, Functions, Storage, or Azure SQL)
Docker basics
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Must be based in Colombia
English sufficient for written and spoken technical collaboration

Azure Container Apps, Key Vault, Azure SQL
Authentication flows (OAuth, JWT)
Microservices architecture
AI integrations: Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Claude, AI orchestration, MCP (Model Context Protocol)
