Position Overview
Aeva Technologies is seeking an experienced Vice President of Strategy to help shape and execute the company’s long-term growth strategy across automotive, industrial, and emerging technology markets
Working closely with executive leadership, this role will lead strategic planning, evaluate new market opportunities, support key partnerships, and help translate Aeva’s technology leadership into sustainable business growth
Key Responsibilities
Lead corporate and business strategy development
Identify new growth opportunities across automotive, industrial, mobility, and technology markets
Analyze market trends, competitors, customers, and emerging technologies
Partner with executive leadership on long-term strategic planning
Support strategic partnerships, investments, and M&A opportunities
Develop business cases for major strategic initiatives
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams
Track strategic priorities and key performance indicators
Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, management consulting, or related fields
Experience within automotive technology, LiDAR, semiconductors, autonomous systems, or advanced technology preferred
Strong strategic, analytical, and financial capabilities
Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
