Trainer Needed: AI for Healthcare & Clinical Data Engineering | Milwaukee, WI
NobleProg is seeking an experienced AI / Data Engineering SME Trainer based in the Greater Milwaukee area to deliver a private, customized instructor-led training session for a healthcare and clinical research organization in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Location: Onsite in Milwaukee, WI
Trainer Location Requirement: Must reside in the Greater Milwaukee area
Delivery: In-person, instructor-led
Duration: 1 training day, up to 6 hours of onsite instruction
Trainer Compensation: $1,200 USD total for the training day
Date: TBD based on client and trainer availability
Training Focus
The client is a data engineering team supporting clinical research and is looking for practical training on how AI can be applied within healthcare data and research workflows.
Potential topics include:
• Current applications of AI in clinical research and healthcare data organizations
• AI-assisted database development, data integration, and data engineering workflows
• Data quality assurance, validation, and identification of potential data issues using AI
• AI applications for clinical research and research data analysis
• Practical AI tools that data engineering teams can incorporate into their daily workflows
• Privacy, security, governance, and responsible AI considerations when working with healthcare and clinical research data
The final training agenda will be customized following a client discovery/alignment discussion.
Ideal Trainer
We are particularly interested in instructors with experience across several of the following areas:
• Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, or LLMs
• Data engineering and database development
• Healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, or healthcare data
• Data integration, validation, and data quality
• AI governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI
• Delivering practical, instructor-led corporate training to technical professionals
Prior experience working with healthcare or clinical research organizations is highly desirable.
This is a local trainer engagement. Candidates must reside in the Greater Milwaukee area and be available to deliver the training onsite in Milwaukee.
Engagement Process
The selected trainer will participate in a brief client alignment meeting to better understand the team's workflows, experience level, and priorities. The final agenda will then be tailored to the client's requirements.
