Business Development & Social Media Executive

We are looking for a Business Development & Social Media Manager to join our Educational Consultancy.
Working Hours: 6-7 Hours a day (Mon-Fri) ; 3 Hours (Saturday)
. Mode: Remote (Pakistan - Preferred)
As a Business Development & Social Media Manager, your day-to-day activities will involve:
LinkedIn & Email Outreach to prospects
Appointment setting
Attending meetings & pitching our referral programme
Partner on-boarding & account management
Creating offers & incentives, promoting & driving maximized partner referrals.
You will also be responsible for managing the following social media activities:
Regularly creating content in the form of reels, statics, and carousels for all our social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
Improving our branding, page visibility & monthly statistics e.g. views, followers, interactions, engagement.
Keeping it light & humorous and relevant to the Gen Z audience.
Staying up-to-date with social media trends & taking inspirations. (We are looking for someone who thinks out of the box, brings a unique perspective to the brand rather than copying & following)
Creating interactive polls for better engagement and building a loyal and long term community.
