Role Description The Operations Support Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and enhancing operational processes that support Dent Wizard’s field and corporate teams. This role manages day-to-day activities such as monitoring performance metrics, identifying process improvements, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to ensure efficient service delivery. The Operations Support Manager will collaborate with operations leaders, technicians, and customer-facing teams to resolve issues, streamline workflows, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting. Additional responsibilities include supporting training and onboarding of operations staff, assisting with systems and tools implementation, and providing timely communication and guidance to stakeholders. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple priorities, and a focus on continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Strong operations management capabilities, including process improvement, workflow coordination, and performance monitoring.
Proven analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop practical recommendations for operational efficiency.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting findings, and providing clear guidance.
Experience in training and coaching team members, supporting onboarding, and promoting consistent operational standards.
Commitment to high-quality customer service, with the ability to support internal and external stakeholders and resolve issues effectively.
Relevant experience in automotive services, logistics, or service operations is preferred.
Proficiency with common business software and operations tools (e.g., spreadsheets, reporting systems, CRM or ERP platforms).
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
