Sales Representative

Oneira is growing and we're currently looking for an Independent Sales Representative to help bring in new clients and help us scale. This is a commission-based, independent contractor position with a 10% commission on new business you bring to Oneira Films.
What you'll do
Identify companies, brands, organizations, and people who could benefit from high-quality video content
Reach out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn, phone, or your own network
Start conversations and introduce them to Oneira
Help identify what a potential client is looking for and determine whether we're a good fit
Set up meetings with interested prospects
Maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
You don't need to be a filmmaker. In fact, you probably shouldn't be.
We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, starting conversations, finding opportunities, and making things happen.
Once a qualified opportunity comes in, we'll take care of the creative conversation, production, and execution.
What we're looking for
You're comfortable reaching out to people you don't know
You're a good communicator
You're naturally curious about businesses and the people behind them
You're self-motivated and don't need someone telling you who to call every morning
You have some experience in sales, business development, marketing, advertising, or client relationships, but we're more interested in how you think and communicate than your resume
You have an existing network or experience working with businesses/brands (a plus, but not required)
Compensation
10% commission on new business you bring to Oneira Films. (Bonus opportunities on high performers)
There is no cap on commissions.
