Bilingual Warranty Claims Specialist

This fully remote role provides bilingual support to a dealer network on warranty policies, claim submissions, coverage, and reimbursement inquiries. You’ll review and process warranty claims to ensure they are accurate, complete, and aligned with established policies and procedures. The position combines customer service, claims administration, case resolution, and detailed operational work within a structured call centre environment. You’ll communicate regularly with dealers, internal affiliates, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders across the organization. Success in the role requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to meet defined service-level targets. It’s an opportunity to contribute directly to efficient warranty operations while building strong relationships across a broad professional network.
