Aspire Global Tech is looking for a Senior SAP Ariba Consultant with strong integration experience and hands-on expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced consultant or architect who can work directly with procurement, legal, and IT teams, translate requirements into clear solution designs, and stay involved through configuration, integration, testing, and production support.
We’re looking for someone who can connect the procurement and contracting processes—from contract creation and approvals through execution, amendments, and renewals—with the SAP systems supporting them.
What you’ll do
• Gather and document business requirements across SAP Ariba, procurement, and contract lifecycle processes.
• Design and configure Ariba Contracts capabilities, including contract workspaces, templates, metadata, approval workflows, and lifecycle tasks.
• Support contracting requirements involving clauses, electronic signatures, amendments, renewals, and obligations.
• Design and support integrations between SAP Ariba, SAP ECC or S/4HANA, and connected CLM or third-party applications.
• Define functional specifications, field mappings, business rules, and interface requirements.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, payload errors, and data inconsistencies with functional and technical teams.
• Support system and integration testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Work with procurement and legal stakeholders to improve contract visibility, process consistency, and operational efficiency.
What you bring
• Senior-level SAP Ariba consulting experience with direct implementation and configuration responsibilities.
• Hands-on SAP Ariba Contracts and CLM experience, including contract workspaces, templates, approvals, and lifecycle management.
• Strong experience integrating Ariba with SAP ERP and other enterprise applications.
• Experience with relevant integration tools such as CIG, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, or APIs.
• Ability to explain the configurations, mappings, and troubleshooting work you personally delivered.
• Experience developing functional specifications and supporting testing, deployment, and production issue resolution.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across procurement, legal, business, and technical teams.
Helpful additional experience
• Integration with external CLM platforms such as Icertis or Sirion.
• Electronic signature integration, including DocuSign.
• Broader Ariba experience across Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, or Buying and Invoicing.
• SAP S/4HANA transformation and end-to-end implementation experience.
