VP of Growth Marketing
Core Responsibilities:
Own the strategy, performance, and operating model behind multi-channel programs that generate and accelerate pipeline across enterprise and mid markets
Deliver on new revenue goals globally and by region in close conjunction with regional marketing, sales, and Rev Ops; deliver performance marketing plans globally and by regions
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy that positions company as market leader and produces high-quality leads
Build predictable pipeline of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) through paid advertising, digital campaigns, content initiatives, and other acquisition channels
Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media programs across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels
Design, build, and continuously optimize end-to-end marketing funnel including landing pages, lead capture, nurturing, and conversion optimization
Drive AI adoption, agent-enabled marketing workflows, buyer intelligence, personalization, performance measurement, and investment decisions
Orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and partnerships that produce high-quality leads
Launch and oversee marketing campaigns using paid and owned acquisition channels—online and offline—to grow new users; optimize existing channels to maximize efficiency
Conduct A/B and incrementality tests to add new channels and grow existing ones
Develop, implement, and determine business impact including marketing funnel forecasting, multi-channel attribution models, analytics, and dashboarding
Manage growing advertising budget and deliver to new user growth while maintaining CAC goals; manage cross-channel budget that maximizes ROI
Own website strategy and KPIs; redesign website including platform and architecture to increase site conversion and deliver brand goals
Analyze campaign performance, attribution, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and pipeline contribution to maximize marketing ROI
Build dashboards and analyze campaigns; work with central measurement team as needed
Establish marketing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting that provide clear visibility into campaign performance and business impact
Work closely with Sales and executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and continuously improve lead quality
Identify, evaluate, and manage external agencies, freelancers, and specialized marketing partners where appropriate
Hire, lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary team including campaign managers, content marketing, marketing operations, channel marketers, web marketers, and partner marketing
Foster culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within growth marketing organization
Typical Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
18+ years of progressive growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or digital marketing experience
10+ years in senior growth marketing leadership roles (VP, SVP, Director) with revenue or pipeline accountability
Deep expertise in growth marketing strategy, demand generation, paid media, funnel optimization, conversion rate optimization, and marketing analytics
Strong knowledge of multi-channel attribution, marketing funnel forecasting, A/B testing, and performance measurement
Proven track record building and scaling demand generation engines that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth
Experience in relevant industry verticals (SaaS, B2B technology, fintech, sustainability/ESG, media/entertainment, healthcare, professional services)
Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presence; ability to influence C-suite, sales leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making mindset; proficiency in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and business intelligence
Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, ABM, social, display, programmatic, OOH, connected TV, affiliates, podcasts, and other acquisition channels
Proficiency in marketing technology stack including Pardot, Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, ABM platforms, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation tools
Experience managing P&L and large marketing budgets with focus on ROI and efficiency
Experience leading or partnering with analytics and RevOps teams to develop and act on insights
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution mindset; comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Global experience with ability to understand and optimize campaigns based on regions/market insights
Willingness to travel as needed for stakeholder meetings, team engagements, and industry events

Pipeline generation and marketing-sourced revenue

Customer acquisition cost (CAC) and CAC payback period
