Key responsibilities include:
Conducting surveillance reviews and testing of business controls across conduct, financial crime, and operational risk.
Identifying emerging risk trends and control weaknesses through analytics and thematic reviews.
Tracking and following up on risk issues and remediation actions.
Supporting investigations, audits, and regulatory reviews.
Escalating material findings and ensuring timely reporting to management.
Driving continuous improvement in risk oversight and surveillance effectiveness
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, machine learning, predictive analytics and data engineering.
Proven ability to analyse large and complex datasets and develop automated solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to communicate technical findings effectively to business stakeholders.
Experience coordinating and leading cross-functional projects despite being relatively early in his career.
Strong learning agility and ability to quickly acquire new domain knowledge
