Veeva Vault Implementation Manager - 174793

Piper Companies is seeking a Veeva Vault Implementation Manager to support a leading clinical research organization. The Veeva Vault Implementation Manager will assess the current Veeva Vault environment, develop a strategic roadmap for platform expansion, and provide governance, security, and implementation recommendations to support collaboration with external clinical research partners.
Responsibilities of the Veeva Vault Implementation Manager:
Evaluate the current Veeva Vault environment and create a strategic roadmap for expansion to external clinical partners.
Define governance, security, user access, and compliance requirements aligned with GxP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 standards.
Develop SOPs, governance documentation, and best practices for sustainable platform management.
Partner with various stakeholders to gather requirements, identify risks, and recommend process improvements.
Present findings, recommendations, and implementation strategy.
Qualifications of the Veeva Vault Implementation Manager:
5+ years of experience implementing or managing Veeva Vault solutions within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences field. Clinical Research Organization experience preferred.
Proven experience leading Veeva Vault implementation, expansion, optimization, or governance initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Veeva Vault functionality, document management, workflows, security, and compliance requirements.
Experience developing SOPs, governance frameworks, and user access models.
Veeva CTMS SME experience preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, consulting, and project management skills.
Compensation for the Veeva Vault Implementation Manager:
Pay Rate: $95/hour - $115/hour depending on experience
