We're building the operations layer healthcare clinics run on, starting with the front desk. AI agents that answer calls, book appointments, send reminders, and follow up with patients, in Assamese, Bengali, and Hindi. Live in real clinics across Assam today.
Looking for the first engineer to build this with us, end to end.
What you'll own:
The real-time voice pipeline, telephony, speech-to-text, LLM layer, text-to-speech
Booking flows, reminder logic, clinic dashboards, WhatsApp follow-ups
Architecture and tooling decisions, small team, fast iteration
Direct contact with clinics and patients to fix what's actually breaking
Technical bar:
Shipped real software end to end, not just coursework, show us something people actually use
Fast learner, comfortable in unfamiliar territory, no prior voice AI experience required
Bonus: exposure to LLMs, speech pipelines, or real-time systems
Qualities we need in a founding member:
Problem solver first, you diagnose root causes, not symptoms, and you don't wait to be told what to fix
Ownership without hand-holding, you take a vague problem and run with it to a working solution
Leads without a title, steps up, makes the call, takes responsibility for the outcome
Accountable when things break, no blame-shifting, just fix it and move on
Resourceful under constraint, we're bootstrapped; you build with what's available, not what's ideal
Comfortable with ambiguity, the plan changes weekly at this stage, and that's normal
Genuinely invested in the mission, this only works if you care about the problem, not just the paycheck
