Role Description The Vice President at DeWet Technologies is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for driving strategic growth, overseeing operations, and ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions. This position leads senior managers and cross-functional teams, sets performance goals, and monitors key metrics across product development, client services, and IT support. The Vice President collaborates with executive leadership to define long-term business strategy, expand service offerings, and strengthen client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding project prioritization, managing budgets, aligning resources, and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. The role also involves representing the company in key customer engagements, partnership discussions, and market initiatives.
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership in technology-driven organizations, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and senior managers.
Strong background in strategic planning, business development, and operational management within software or IT services.
Understanding of modern web technologies and solutions (e.g., full-stack development, data analytics, remote IT support) to make informed decisions and support technical teams.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, manage complex stakeholder expectations, and support customer success initiatives.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
Experience managing budgets, setting KPIs, and using data to drive performance and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is beneficial.
Experience in scaling growing companies, leading digital transformation, or expanding service portfolios is a plus.
