We are seeking a capable and self-motivated individual to provide program and administrative support, as well as manage outreach and publicity activities within the department. The main duties are as follows:
Assisting in the administration and operations of program-related activities, including student admission and registration, course management, graduation check, and program promotion.
Serving as the primary contact for responding to students’ enquiries regarding program policies and requirements, course structures and all academic-related applications.
Managing outreach and publicity efforts to promote the department, engage students and alumni, and support student recruitment and enrichment. Duties include organizing internal and external events; creating and writing digital content for websites and social media platforms; and producing multimedia publicity materials.
•Providing operational support to faculty members in personnel, financial and academic-related matters, and managerial supervisors in daily office administration.
Performing any other duties and ad-hoc initiatives as assigned.
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate should be a strong team player with the ability to work independently and flexibly; attentive to details, and good at multi-tasking skills. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, a good command of Microsoft Office applications, fluency in Putonghua and basic knowledge in maintaining webpage and social media platforms are required. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of the contract.
