Help Desk II

Farnsworth Group is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for both site-local, and remote troubleshooting and support of laptops, peripherals, and applications in dynamic and fast-growing department. As a Helpdesk Technician you are the face of our IT department. Come join our technology savvy team, where we focus on employee development and enjoy promoting from within.
Job Activities:
Image and deploy laptops utilizing SCCM and InTune
Provide desktop support in a Microsoft Windows/365 environment
Resolve submitted helpdesk tickets in a timely manner
Assist staff with day-to-day IT issues
Equipment set-up and deployment
Assist with various IT projects as assigned
Specific Requirements include:
High School Diploma or GED
Associates Degree in IT related field, preferred
CompTIA A+ certification, preferred
1-2 years applicable IT experience
