Civil or Mechanical Engineering Telecom Co-Op (May-Dec 2027)

Farnsworth Group is seeking a Civil or Mechanical Engineering Telecom Co-Op (May - Dec 2027). In this role, you will work closely with experienced engineers on energy and utility projects.
Job Activities:
Conceptual through final design and record drawings of utility lines and related facilities
Field visits to collect data and evaluate existing, pre-design conditions
Construction documents and administration
Cost estimating
Material specifications
General project and office support
Specific Requirements include:
Pursuing a BS in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited curriculum
Willing to work full-time during the Summer and Winter semesters from May 2027 - December 2027
Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
Excellent Communication skills
Must be willing to travel and have a valid driver’s license
MicroStation or AutoCAD experience or exposure is preferred, but not required
