Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Planning & Budgeting Consultant/Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud Planning (EPBCS/PBCS). The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring and implementing enterprise planning, budgeting and forecasting solutions and should have strong functional understanding of FP&A processes.
Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Planning / EPBCS / PBCS.
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and FP&A processes.
Hands-on configuration of Planning dimensions, forms, business rules, calculations, security and workflows.
Experience with Financial Planning and Workforce Planning.
Strong knowledge of Essbase concepts.
Experience with Data Management / Data Integration and loading actuals from ERP/source systems.
Experience with Smart View and EPM reporting.
Experience in business rules / calculation scripts; Groovy experience is highly desirable.
Strong requirements-gathering and client-facing capabilities.
Minimum 2–3 end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud Planning/EPBCS implementations.
Good to Have
Experience with Groovy scripting, REST APIs, EDMCS, ARCS, FCCS, Narrative Reporting or Oracle Fusion ERP integration would be advantageous.
