Role: HEAD – CLOUD ENGINEERING & AUTOMATION | DEVOPS / DEVSECOPS
💼 Experience: 12–18+ Years
We are looking for a senior Cloud & DevOps/DevSecOps Engineering Leader who has experience working in an AI-based application/product development company.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Experience in an organization building AI/ML/GenAI-based applications or products is a key requirement for this position.
🔥 What we’re looking for
☁️ Strong expertise in AWS / Azure / GCP
⚙️ Deep expertise in DevOps OR DevSecOps
⭐ Strong experience across both will be a major advantage
🚀 Strong hands-on/architectural exposure to:
• Kubernetes & Docker
• CI/CD – GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins / Azure DevOps
• Infrastructure as Code – Terraform / CloudFormation / Bicep / Pulumi
• Cloud-native architecture & automation
• Platform Engineering / SRE
• Observability & monitoring
• Cloud security, governance & compliance
🤖 Most importantly: You should have experience supporting, building or scaling cloud/platform engineering environments for AI-based applications/products.
👤 Who would be a strong fit?
A Head / Director / Senior Engineering Leader who has led Cloud, DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering or Automation teams and still possesses strong technical depth.
We are particularly interested in leaders who have built secure, scalable and highly automated engineering platforms capable of supporting modern AI applications at scale.
