Role Description The Chief Creative Officer (CCO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading all creative aspects of Emr Underwear’s brand and customer-facing content. The CCO will oversee brand vision, creative strategy, and visual identity across campaigns, product launches, packaging, website, and social media. Day-to-day responsibilities include directing creative concepts, guiding design and marketing teams, reviewing and refining visual assets, and ensuring consistency in tone and messaging. The role involves close collaboration with leadership to align creative initiatives with business goals, analyzing performance of creative campaigns, and iterating on concepts based on market insights and customer feedback. The CCO will also mentor creative team members, manage workflows, and maintain high standards for innovative, inclusive, and on-brand storytelling.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy, with the ability to define and evolve a distinctive brand voice and visual language.
Strong skills in Branding and Marketing, including experience building and scaling consumer-facing brands in apparel, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
Proficiency in Art Direction, with hands-on experience guiding photo shoots, video content, design projects, and cross-channel creative campaigns.
Ability to lead and collaborate with remote creative and marketing teams, providing clear feedback, coaching, and direction.
Proven track record in developing inclusive, gender-neutral, and customer-centric creative concepts that resonate with diverse audiences.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with founders or executive leadership.
Comfort with data-informed decision making, interpreting campaign performance metrics, and adjusting creative strategies accordingly.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
