We are seeking a hands-on Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead the design and implementation of IRM/GRC and TPRM solutions. The role involves technical leadership, solution design, development, stakeholder management, and mentoring delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow IRM/GRC and TPRM implementations from design through production.
Design and configure Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Operational Risk, Issues Management, Risk Register, Controls, Assessments, and Continuous Monitoring.
Implement TPRM processes including Vendor Onboarding, Due Diligence, Vendor Risk Assessments, Risk Scoring, Questionnaires, Remediation, and Supplier Lifecycle Management.
Provide technical leadership, conduct design/code reviews, estimate effort, and mentor developers.
Gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Develop using JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, scoped applications, ACLs, CMDB, and ServiceNow data models.
Develop and manage integrations using REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth, SSO/SAML, and external risk/compliance platforms.
Support UAT, deployments, troubleshooting, production support, and hypercare.
Work closely with risk, compliance, security, business stakeholders, architects, and leadership teams.
Required Skills
Strong ServiceNow platform development and implementation experience.
Hands-on IRM/GRC and TPRM implementation experience.
ServiceNow JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, ACLs, CMDB, Update Sets/CI-CD.
Strong knowledge of Risk, Compliance, Audit, Controls, Issues, Assessments, Vendor Risk, and Due Diligence.
Experience with REST/SOAP, SSO/SAML, OAuth, JSON/XML integrations.
Strong technical leadership, mentoring, Agile delivery, estimation, and stakeholder management skills.

CSA, CAD
CIS-ITSM
CIS-IRM/Risk & Compliance
CIS-TPRM
Preferred: CTA, CISSP, CRISC, CISA or equivalent risk/security certifications.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
