We are looking for experienced IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 9.x Consultants to support a large-scale global implementation program. The consultants will be involved throughout the implementation lifecycle, including discovery, requirements validation, solution design, configuration, technical development, data migration, integrations, testing, deployment, hypercare, and transition to application support.
Location : India (Offshore/Remote)
Type : Contract (15 months -extendable)
Experience : 8+ years

Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 9.x implementation projects.
Good understanding of Maximo Manage configuration and deployment.
Experience with Maximo Mobile implementation and configuration.
Experience working with Maximo Service Provider functionality.
Strong understanding of Maximo functional processes and configuration.
Experience with Maximo master data migration, particularly Assets, Locations, PMs, Job Plans, Vendors, and Reference Data.
Experience designing, developing, or supporting Maximo integrations with enterprise applications.
Knowledge of Maximo security, roles, access, and permission configuration.
Experience with Maximo reporting and dashboard configuration.
Experience supporting SIT, UAT, migration testing, production deployment, and hypercare.
Ability to work within a global template and multi-country rollout environment.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work effectively across functional, technical, and business teams in a large implementation program.
Roles & Responsibilities
Participate in discovery workshops and validate business and functional requirements across the global portfolio.
Support end-to-end implementation and deployment of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 9.x.
Configure and deploy Maximo Manage based on approved business requirements and global solution standards.
Implement and configure Maximo Mobile capabilities to support relevant business processes.
Configure Service Provider functionality within the Maximo environment.
Support master data migration activities covering Assets, Locations, Preventive Maintenance (PM), Job Plans, Vendors, and Reference Data.
Design, develop, configure, and support integrations between Maximo and identified enterprise systems.
Configure and manage security, user roles, permissions, and application access.
Configure required reports and dashboards within the Maximo solution.
Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Migration Testing, including defect investigation and resolution.
Contribute to the development and standardization of the global Maximo template for deployment across multiple countries.
Support regional deployment planning and execution through a wave-based rollout approach.
